PRICING LIST

Please note that all listed prices for our photography and drone services represent industry averages and are provided for general reference only. Final pricing may vary based on the specific type, scope, and complexity of your project. We encourage you to contact us directly for a personalized quote tailored to your unique needs and budget.

 

FEES

 

1. Booking Fee

 

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee helps cover lost revenue from no-shows and cancellations made without sufficient notice.

 

  • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • A 72-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid additional charges.

  • A 15-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. After this, your session may be shortened or forfeited, depending on scheduling.

 

    Note: Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee is received. By booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Late Fee

 

We understand that delays can happen. However, to ensure fairness and maintain our schedule:

 

  • Clients arriving 15 to 30 minutes late will be charged a late fee of $25.

  • Time lost due to delays will be deducted from the scheduled session.

  • Arrival more than 30 minutes late can result in the appointment being canceled, which will require a new booking. Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

    Note: Please plan to arrive on time to receive the full value of your session.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

 

3. Aerial Photography & Videography

 

  • Base Hourly Rate: $150/hour (includes FAA certified drone pilot, drone operation, flight planning, and post-flight debriefing)

  • Project-Based Pricing:

  • Cell Tower & Powerline Inspections: Starting at $300 per site

  • Construction Progress Monitoring: $500 - $1,500 per project phase

  • Agricultural Surveys: $200 - $500 per hour, depending on acreage and data requirements

  • Real Estate & Commercial Marketing: $250 - $600 per session

  • Includes: Unlimited high-resolution images and video, basic editing, curated online gallery access, digital delivery, and commercial usage rights

 

    Note: Pricing varies based on project complexity, location (no location change restrictions), and specific client needs.

4. Commercial Photography

 

  • Hourly Rate: $200/hour

  • Half-Day (4 hours): $750

  • Full-Day (8 hours): $1,400

  • Includes: Unlimited high-resolution images, basic editing, curated online gallery access, digital delivery, and commercial usage rights

5. Family Photography

 

  • Hourly Rate: $150/hour

  • Mini Sessions (30 minutes): $100

  • Includes: Unlimited high-resolution images, basic editing, curated online gallery access, digital delivery, and personal usage rights

 

    Note: No outfit change restrictions.

    Note: $50.00 Booking Fee is nonrefundable.

 

6. Portrait Photography

 

  • Hourly Rate: $175/hour

  • Mini Sessions (30 minutes): $100

  • Includes: Unlimited high-resolution images, basic editing, curated online gallery access, digital delivery, and personal usage rights

 

    Note: No outfit change restrictions.

    Note: $50.00 Booking Fee is nonrefundable.

 

7. Wedding Photography

 

  • Hourly Rate: $250/hour

  • Half-Day Package (4 hours): $900

  • Full-Day Package (8 hours): $1,700

  • Includes: Unlimited high-resolution images, basic editing, curated online gallery access, digital delivery, and personal usage rights

 

    Note: No outfit change restrictions.

POST-PRODUCTION SERVICES

 

8. Special Effects Editing

 

  • Base Hourly Rate: $50/hour

  • Project-Based Pricing:

  • Basic Enhancements: Starting at $25 per image

  • Advanced Compositing & Effects: $75 - $150 per image, depending on complexity

 

    Note: Final pricing depends on the scope and intricacy of the project.

    Note: $50.00 Booking Fee is nonrefundable.

 

STUDIO RENTALS

 

9. Full-Studio Usage

 

  • Hourly Rate: $125/hour

  • Half-Day (4 hours): $350

  • Full-Day (8 hours): $675

  • Includes: Access to lighting equipment, backdrops, props, and lounge area

 

REMOTE PILOT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

 

10. FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot Training

 

  • Total Program Duration: 20 hours

  • Hourly Rate: $80/hour

  • Full Program Package: $900 (Discounted from $1,600)

  • Includes:

    • Comprehensive ground school instruction

    • Practice exams and study materials

    • Flight training sessions

    • Assistance with FAA Part 107 exam scheduling and preparation

 

    Note: FAA Part 107 exam fee of $175 is not included in the training program cost.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

 

  • All photography sessions include basic editing and digital delivery unless specified otherwise.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside a 30-mile radius.

  • Customized packages are available upon request to suit specific client needs.
